Yet another video nasty entry from the infamous Jess Franco, this time focusing on the exploits of Shirley, who murders her gangster boyfriend in order to secure his cache of stolen diamonds. When she’s arrested for the crime, her desire for the jewels becomes ever more complicated when she’s pursued by both the mob who want the diamonds for themselves, as well as the pervy warden who subjects his prisoners to sexual tortures of an electrified nature. Presumably pointed out because of the clearly restrained naked ladies on the cover, the film does also contain quite graphic images of female genitals being shocked with electricity, but by today’s standards, it’s rather flimsy.
